歷經(jīng)十年，安安參與研發(fā)的以生物活性肽（又稱“生物小肽”）為原料的“源海”系列產(chǎn)品已攻克技術(shù)難點(diǎn)，成為國(guó)內(nèi)海洋護(hù)膚領(lǐng)域一大突破，同時(shí)也拓展了海洋生物活性肽的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景。

如何讓海洋生物活性肽在加入護(hù)膚品后仍然保持其成分的穩(wěn)定性，則是安安技術(shù)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)一直關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)?！拔覀冃枰治雒總€(gè)原料的特性以及防腐體系。既要保證配方穩(wěn)定，還需要實(shí)現(xiàn)增效功能?！痹S鋒介紹。而一旦加入生物活性肽，其原本的成分穩(wěn)定性就會(huì)受到破壞。
據(jù)介紹，在中國(guó)科學(xué)院南海海洋研究所教授孫恢禮、工程院院士張偲等科研人才的帶領(lǐng)下，安安研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)在生物活性肽的研發(fā)終于有了實(shí)質(zhì)性的進(jìn)展。2014年，安安推出了第一款以生物活性肽為原料的高端護(hù)膚產(chǎn)品，填補(bǔ)了國(guó)內(nèi)海洋生物護(hù)膚品品牌空白。
2017年，中國(guó)科學(xué)院南海海洋研究所、佛山市安安美容保健品有限公司聯(lián)合研發(fā)的“一種含有海洋貝類(lèi)活性肽的化妝品及其制備方法和應(yīng)用”（專(zhuān)利號(hào)：ZL201110079404.0）項(xiàng)目先后獲得“廣東專(zhuān)利金”獎(jiǎng)及國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局頒發(fā)的“中國(guó)專(zhuān)利優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)”。
經(jīng)過(guò)十年的潛心研發(fā)，安安參與研發(fā)的“源海”系列第三代產(chǎn)品已突破了技術(shù)瓶頸，成功將具有抗皺、美白功效的生物活性肽加入護(hù)膚品中，并且該產(chǎn)品在經(jīng)過(guò)各類(lèi)破化性試驗(yàn)后仍然能保持其成分的穩(wěn)定性。目前，該產(chǎn)品還在試驗(yàn)階段，預(yù)計(jì)于今年8月進(jìn)行投產(chǎn)。

Expand new space for product research and development
An'an has become a leading brand in marine skincare in China, and industry university research cooperation has played a significant role. In 2009, An An established the "China Marine Biological Cosmetics Production, Study and Research Base and Industrialization Demonstration Base", cooperated with the South China Sea Institute of Oceanography, Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc., to promote the transformation of scientific research achievements. In the same year, An An's cosmetics production workshop built in accordance with pharmaceutical standards was put into use.
In 2015, An An's 1500 square meter technology innovation research and development center was put into use. The center has also introduced a group of technical talents while introducing advanced foreign skin testers and cosmetic efficacy testers.
The center has become a comprehensive research and development base that integrates functional raw material preparation, product refinement analysis, and product functional effect evaluation, providing an important functional platform for safety technology research and development.
From then on, An An established an integrated development model from research and development, production to supply.
At present, An An has applied for 11 invention patents (7 authorizations) for marine biological cosmetics, developed 16 series of skincare products such as "Yuanhai", and achieved good economic benefits.
In 2017, the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the National Development and Reform Commission on Promoting the Healthy Development of the Food Industry pointed out that during the 13th Five Year Plan period, strong support should be given to the development of healthy foods such as functional proteins and bioactive peptides. This sends a very positive signal for the peptide industry.
Next, An'an plans to integrate bioactive peptides into more products and extend the industry chain of bioactive peptides. This will further expand the application fields of bioactive peptides and bring new imaginative space for the development of Foshan's bioactive peptide industry.
